Sighting Description: After a bang that tore through the airspace above the Romagnola and Marchigiana coast at 7.52 pm, a number of witnesses observed strange streaks of light off the coast of Gabicce Mare, followed by unidentified objects falling into the sea. The theory that circulated was that it could have been the supersonic bang of a military aircraft based in Italy during the second Gulf War.
