Description: Una segnalazione di un aereo
militare che era precipitato in mare, aveva fatto pattugliare tutto il tratto
di mare di fronte a Viareggio da parte di un dragamine e di alcuni motoscafi
privati. Successivamente, nel pomeriggio, le operazioni di ricerca vennero
sospese ed il comando dell’aeroporto di San Giusto dichiarò che si era
trattato solo di una falso allarme.
Sighting
Description: A report
of a military aircraft that had fallen into the sea caused the whole
area of the sea facing Viareggio to be searched by a minesweeper and some
private motorboats. Later, in the afternoon, search operations were suspended
and the airport authorities of the San Giusto
Airport declared that it was only a false alarm.
