Go Back Report # 731

I have been in turmoil for years because of a strange experience on September 1, 1961, in Atlantic City, N.J. I was awakened at 3:35 a.m. by a strange sound. The bay was a few feet from my backyard and I was accustomed to hearing motors and disabled craft. This was a sound I never had heard before, as though it were coming from under a huge lid. I peered out the window . . . the water was swirling in a huge circle . . . then the swirls became ripples. There came a light from beneath the surface, as though an enormous spotlight was being shown upward . . . I caught a glimpse of a disc, like a "jelly fish," big as a child's swimming pool. I could only think of flying saucers.

The "slush-slush" continued and reminded me of the days when I went berry hunting in a swamp and found myself walking in slimy mud.

The more I stared, the more positive I became that the thing was made of plastic or glass. I tried to open the window quietly, but it made a screeching noise. The light was no more and the ripples ceased. I am positive that those "devils" are below our waters. Their craft can fly, sink and swim. They are in our bays, lakes and on our beaches and meadows, also wooded areas and remote places. They plan an eruption for us Earthlings. I believe their spinning craft digs into the waters' bottoms, and I believe "they" are planting . . . for the harvest . . . for the conquering of the world . . . by eruption.

You may publish this and I hope those "devils of the sea" see it.
