Fishermen land with tale of possible close encounter

“Thanks for the interesting information. I searched some on the
Nantucket Lightship, and I cannot get a lat/Iong on
it. It was stationed roughly 24 miles south of the Sankaty
Head Lighthouse on Nantucket, so the lat/Iong I
gave you was incorrect. A closer position would be N40.95857 W68.81327, but that is just 24 miles south of Sankaty Head and then 60 miles east.
