later this same Gulf of San Jorge was the scene of yet another phenomenon of
similar outline. An individual known and respected for his honesty, who
requested that his name not be revealed, reported that on September 301, 1964,
while he was driving at night to the city of Comodoro Rivadavia coming from
Caleta Olivia, he saw appear at the edge of the city some strange objects (3
or 4) that described parabolas and descended one after another into the sea.
The unusual spectacle caused the witness to stop his vehicle so as to
carefully observe the flames which the objects were leaving as they passed.
resuming his journey and having traveled some distance from the initial point
of observation, he noticed other luminous objects -- or perhaps the same
objects -- emerge from the surface of the water and then circle around at a
dizzy speed, and within an outline of shining light, again climb up and
finally disappear into the sky.

Two months later, in the same
Golfo San Jorge, a public personality known for his honesty, who prefers to
remain anonymous, declared that on 20 September 1964, while driving at night to the city of
Comodoro Rivadavia, as he was leaving the town of Caleta Olivia, northbound
up the coastal highway, he saw four small, luminous, lens-shaped objects
describing a parabola in the sky as they flew in perfect formation. Suddenly
they dipped, and still in formation, plunged into the waters of the gulf and
disappeared. He stopped his car and got out but could see nothing more.
later, while driving north of that position, he saw four similar luminous
objects, possibly the same ones, emerge from beneath the sea, veer in his
direction as they accelerated, and climb out at a steep angle at prodigious
speed and disappear into space above.
El 20 de septiembre de 1964 se
vieron objetos luminosos que
parábolas— se introducían y salían del Golfo San Jorge.
September 20, 1964,
luminous objects were seen that – describing parabolas – were going into and
coming out of the Gulf San Jorge. (Online Spanish translation)
