I SEE BY THE PAPERS "SOMETHING"

A 67-foot shrimp boat sank under mysterious circumstances in the Gulf of Mexico off Port Aransas the first week in July. The boat simply hooked into "something" that ripped the vessel's stern right off.

Ira Pete, the owner of the Ruby E, said "I hooked into something and pulled the stern off." He said he had no idea what the "something" was. He and two crewmen were taken aboard another fishing vessel which was close by and no one was hurt.
…….The world seems full of these mysterious “something’s.”
