described above [See 07-28-1962] sounds strangely like the fast, submarine-like
object which the Argentine Navy had bottled up in the harbor at Buenos Aires
in June 1959. Our latest information on this particular incident indicates
that the object was shaped generally like a huge fish, was silver in color,
and sported a very large tail which generally resembled the vertical
stabilizer on a B-17. Divers
got a good look at it and could not identify it as a submarine. This object
also was extremely fast and maneuverable.
