   On the 1st of April, 1952, an object resembling an airplane fell into the Gulf of Mexico some two hundred miles south of Lake Charles City, La. This was reported to the authorities by the S.S. Esso Bermuda, and a search was instituted. Nothing was found, and no aircraft were missing." 36
