Oval; dome on top. Red and white lights in equatorial band around object, moving/running, tumbling over in sequence like on a Christmas tree. Fog/cloud around it. Appendage at aft end.


An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft.


One multi-colored domed oval object, about 20 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed in clear weather by two female witnesses, typical age 27, in a city for over three minutes.
