Go Back Report # 1425

10-31-1945

Warning – No craft seen, BUT a rapidly ascending UFO would pull water up with it. Key ingredient here is NO SOUND.

GOING UP

A column of water about 20 feet wide and 100 feet high arose from the ocean (and ascended into heaven?) Oct 31, 1945 old style, “in the afternoon”, between Cape Henry and Cape Charles, off Norfolk, Va., according to J. Arthur Addenbrook and a party of fishing friends. They thought it was caused by an explosion but no sound was heard and the Navy could not explain it even after investigation. Cr Reagan.
