Plencia (Vizcaya, Spain). About ten fishermen aboard several boats in the Concha area saw an oval, dark grey object coming down at great speed. It was about 10 m. in diameter and was observed to fly up and down, sometimes at sea level and swinging from side to side. It was seen about 9 minutes less than 2 km. away, until it rose at such a speed that the human eye could not follow it. (El Correo Español, November 21, 1967.)
