Sighting Description: Molte persone videro un grosso bolide cadere in mare alle
ore 19:22, ad una distanza dalla costa valutata tra i 10 ed i 20 Km. Alcune
barche avvertirono un sussulto. L’oggetto lasciava dietro di sé una vistosa
scia e volava ad altissima velocitŕ. Dopo circa 50 secondi e secondo altre
versioni dopo quattro minuti dall’osservazione, venne udito anche un forte
boato.
Sighting Description: At 7:22 p.m., a number of people saw a large fireball
fall into the sea at a distance from the coast calculated to be between 10 km
and 20 km. Some boats felt a vibration.
The object traveled extremely fast and left a sizeable trail of smoke.
After about 50 seconds, and according to other versions after about 4
minutes, a loud rumbling was also heard.
