Mystery picture of UFO

REPORTS that a UFO over Hanningfieid reservoir was only a balloon have been denied by teenager Lee Williams.

Lee, 15, of Mill Lane. Ramsden Heath, insists it was a flying saucer. He said it dropped into the water and then flew off.

But water board officials said they fished it out of the reservoir and found it was a weather balloon.

Lee, who took a photograph of the object said: "I was out with a friend. We both saw something the shape of a lampshade round and tall which was making a noise like an engine rising and falling in pitch.

"It had a bright light inside as bright as the sun and an orange colour and the thing went down into the reservoir, then up again."
